Using creative arts and writing helps up to gain a deeper connection with our intuitive self, that is often able to help us figure out what we need if we are present enough to listen to its wisdom. This is especially important after you have been through a traumatic injury or illness.
When we engage in non-verbal connection with ourselves, we are able to let go of some of our judgments that might get in our way of making wiser and more compassionate choices for ourselves.
When we get in touch with our intuition, we become more aware of synchronicity in our life. The things that we need or want seem to be more attainable and present in our lives.
Have you heard that quiet voice within, desiring to guide you? Open up your art journal and tune into yourself, allow the conversation to begin.
